How much is shipping?
Germany: Free shipping.
Zone 1 – Other EU countries and neighboring regions: €17.49 · Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days.
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Zone 2 – Rest of Europe (including the United Kingdom): €29.90 · Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days.
Zone 3 – all other countries outside the EU (including Switzerland): €89.90 · additional delivery time of 5–15 business days.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import sales tax, and clearance fees may apply; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the listed shipping price.
Cash-on-Delivery Fee
For the “cash on delivery” shipping method, DHL charges a €2.00 processing fee. The processing fee is exempt from sales tax.

Glad-X® is available exclusively here in our online store and through select medical partners of the Neuro-Spa Group. If you’d prefer to pick up the device in person rather than have it shipped to you, please contact us. We’ll let you know the nearest location and schedule a pickup time with you.
